In-store Customers:

In-store customers will be contacted by our delivery department on the next regular business day to schedule a time for your delivery. For scheduling purposes, the delivery cannot be set up by your salesperson. Our delivery hours are 9:00AM to 3:00PM, every weekday.

Delivery for televisions, DVD players, and cable boxes* include: Unpacking and placing the TV in its intended spot. Plugging the TV into the AC receptacle. Connecting the cable or antenna lead (must be present at TV location). Removal of box and packing (if desired). Hooking up your cable box and DVD to the TV. Programming the cable or TV remote (which ever is more appropriate).

Delivery DOES NOT include: Removing your old TV - due to the high cost of disposal, a charge of $20.00 will be added if you wish to have your old TV removed. Running cable or antenna wire from the old TV location to the new location. Moving your old TV to another room and hooking it up. Connecting the TV to a stereo or multiple sources. The price of any splitters, wire, or cables needed to hook up your TV to a cable box, or add features such as Picture in Picture (PIP).

*Cable box installation can only be provided if arranged with your salesperson prior to delivery .

 

Online Customers:

We offer FREE standard shipping on most orders (UPS and USPS). Larger orders and oversize items ship via specialized freight carrier within 1-2 business days (see below for details). In-stock items will arrive within 1-7 business days with delivery Monday through Friday. All packages with a value of $100 or more require signature confirmation.** At this time we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.

Need it Faster? Expedited shipping options are available and may be selected during the checkout process. You will be charged for the cost of the upgraded service. Enhanced shipping options such as next-day air are dependent upon your order and the delivery address. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Specialized Freight Shipping for Large Items: Items that require special freight shipping will arrive within 1-10 business days once your order has been processed. All items must be signed for and you will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule arrangements. Delivery options include the following services:

Curbside Delivery:
•Delivery to your curb (Does not include in-home delivery, assembling, packing or unpacking, dismantling, inspecting, sorting or segregating freight).

In-Home Delivery:
•Delivery inside the front door of your home. Please check product dimensions to make sure item will fit through your door. (Does not 2nd or 3rd floor delivery or include room placement, assembling, packing or unpacking, dismantling, inspecting, sorting or segregating freight).

Scheduled White Glove Service:
•Delivery to your room and floor of choice and includes unpacking and placement and removal of packaging materials. Please check product dimensions to make sure item will fit through doors and around corners.

Please note extra charges may apply to items that must be carried up multiple flights of stairs. Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.

*Excluding holidays and pending availability and credit verification. Free shipping is not available on items shipping outside of the continental US.
