Yup, they are real people. It's a cute story and one that has made History. Bob Cole is the founder and owner. In 1979, he found Ron Rumer, who lived and breathed the business. He treated the company as his own and, in 1994, his name went up on the sign. He is a metaphor for all the other folks at World Wide. Each of them treats the business as their own and has a passion for the gear and helping customers to love it as they do.

World Wide is where people have always looked for important emerging technologies for both the "cutting edge" and the more practical. Stereo is how we started, but then Bob thought to hook up a stereo to a TV and the area's first home theater was born. Bob & Ron's World Wide Stereo: it's not meant to be quaint, it just is what it is.
