The quality of our products is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange eligible items* in their original condition and packaging within 60 days of receipt of your shipment less applicable shipping and handling costs.
In the event where merchandise is not in its original condition or is missing packaging, manuals, accessories or other components a partial refund will be given. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
*Eligible items include all items sold by World Wide Stereo with the exception of: Televisions larger than 32" in size, Furniture, and other oversized product shipped via a Motor Freight Carrier or scheduled delivery, Special order items or clearance merchandise, Car audio equipment that has been installed or where wires have been cut, Tablet, Notebook, Computer or Cellular Devices, Opened Games, Software or Media of any kind (CD, DVD, VHS, Flash Drives, etc).
How do I return a product?
Step 1: Call us at 1.866.961.7781
Please have your order number ready to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Please note that your return will not be accepted without an RMA#.
Step 2: Pack Carefully:
All Returns and Exchanges must be double boxed (the manufacturer’s box must be inside of another box designed for shipping). Please pack the product in its original packaging with all original contents and use the original shipping carton and packing materials if possible. A safely packaged and complete return is less likely to incur a damage or restocking fee.
Step 3: Ship the item back to our warehouse
Please cover or remove any old shipping labels and tracking numbers and ship your return merchandise to the address provided when you obtained your RMA#. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged on its way back to us.
What if I want to exchange my product?
When calling us, please indicate that you would like your product exchanged instead of receiving a refund. If you choose a product of a lesser value you will receive a partial refund less applicable shipping and handling costs. If you exchange your product for one of higher value you will be charged the difference between your refund amount less any applicable shipping and handling costs, and the cost of the new item(s). Please note certain items are not eligible for exchange (please see above for more information).
What if my product is defective?
When calling us, please indicate that your product is defective. During our 60 day return guidelines, any Eligible* products that are deemed to be defective may be exchanged free of charge for a new, working unit. Certain products will require the manufacturer to schedule a service call or appointment with you in order to arrange service. We are happy to help you obtain warranty service through the manufacturer after the 60 day return period has expired.
