There is no substitute for the deep, visceral excitement powered subwoofers add to multichannel audio, particularly movie soundtracks. But subwoofers can be bulky, and many front-firing systems require special placement within a room for optimum performance. By contrast, the JBL® SUB150P houses a 10-inch (250mm), 300W down-firing transducer in a compact, trapezoidal reflex enclosure that fits just about anywhere. Designed to connect to virtually any A/V receiver, and to work with virtually any speakers, the SUB150P will add high-impact, low-distortion bass response to any music or home theater system, heightening the emotional impact of any listening experience. No multichannel system is complete without a subwoofer, and the SUB150P ensures that no system need go without.

Fast 10-inch (250mm) low-frequency transducer.
The SUB150P features a 10-inch (250mm) cone equally capable of reproducing lightening-fast transient sounds and sustained low notes for heightened realism and excitement.
300W RMS amplifier.
The SUB150P’s high-output digital amplifier plays louder with less distortion and includes a built-in limiter to prevent distortion during program peaks.
Digital amplifier circuitry.
High-efficiency digital circuitry delivers more power with less heat in more compact form factor.
Bass-reflex enclosure.
The SUB150P’s ported design increases bass output relative to sealed enclosures, heightening realism.
Down-firing transducer.
Unlike front-firing drivers that interact with your walls, the SUB150P interacts with your floor for cleaner response with fewer unwanted reflections. The SUB150P can be placed virtually anywhere in your room without fear of the artificial “boominess” that plagues many misplaced front-firing subwoofers.
Sophisticated phase and crossover controls
The SUB150P features a phase switch to ensure that its driver moves in sync with the loudspeaker drivers in your system for clean, coherent output across all frequencies, and the crossover frequency is adjustable for optimal performance with a variety of different speaker types.
LFE and line-level inputs.
A choice of LFE or line-level inputs, which either use or bypass the subwoofer’s internal crossover circuits, ensures noise-free connections to virtually any type of A/V amplifier.
Exclusive JBL® Weave design.
Distinctive, compact trapezoidal enclosure delivers full-size subwoofer performance for outstanding performance with less bulk.
